All Tashka jewelry pieces are individually handmade and carefully examined before being shipped. Since each item is unique, we advise the following product care steps to ensure that your Tashka jewelry provides years of service and enjoyment.

Each Tashka jewelry piece is delivered in a pouch for safe keeping. Please use this pouch to store your Tashka pieces when not in use. 

It is recommended to remove ALL jewelry when in water, engaging in physical activities and while sleeping.

We recommend that you clean your jewelry with a designated jeweler’s cleaning cloth and never submerse them in liquid cleaners.

Sterling Silver is the primary metal used in most of our pieces.  Often times we gold plate our sterling silver pieces or have them rhodium plated. Our black pieces have a special rhodium plating so black pieces stay black. 

Some of the chains we use are gold-filled however our one of kind pieces are often fashioned in real gold.

If you would ever like to have a piece re-plated please contact us and we will gladly do it. The fee ranges from $20-$30 plus shipping.

If you have a Tashka piece in need of repair, please email us at info@tashkajewelry.com  and our team will assist you with issuing a repair authorization number. 

We will ask for a photo of the item to evaluate what exactly needs to be done and then let you know what the repair fee is.

Repairs generally take 2-3 weeks to complete from the time the piece is received.
